Digivault’s parent EQONEX Group (Nasdaq: EQOS) today announced it has been awarded the prestigious International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) information security certification: ISO/IEC 27001.
The certification is awarded to companies and organizations that demonstrate a commitment to adhering to stringent information security standards. It follows an exhaustive audit of systems, policies, and processes at EQONEX, to ensure they are designed to protect, preserve and track how data across the organization is used. EQONEX is the first U.S.-listed crypto company to achieve this certification.
ISO/IEC 27001 (also known as ISO27001) is recognized globally for setting the international standard for Information Security Management Systems. The certification applies to the EQONEX cryptocurrency exchange, digital asset custodian Digivault, and asset manager Bletchley Park.
